Microlatch was established in Australia specifically to create a unique range of security products from our patented technology under the trade marks "MICROLATCH", "BIOFOB", "BIOCARD", "BIOBLUE", BIO-RF and "BIOTAG". Since inception, the Microlatch Group has concentrated its expertise on the design, quality manufacture, worldwide marketing and distribution of a variety of RF (radio frequency) RFID Wireless Biometrics combinations. The main theme of these developments has been to offer simple integration and effective transition from non-secure access CARD or PIN (Personal Identification Number) security systems into biometrics identification of the individual without any requirement to change the existing security system or the building access readers.  Microlatch works with global partners to upgrade, upsell or enhance traditional access methodology to overcome several inherent and vulnerable weaknesses, specifically the personal CARD or PIN that are constantly compromised.  Existing security systems rely on verifying the CARD or PIN (access media) being used, however this does not identify the individual operating the CARD or entering the PIN into the system.  Microlatch offers a very simple and highly secure solution, which is less costly than traditional biometrics offerings and far more adaptable to a multi-layered, physical and logical access Corporate or Residential Security Platform.
